How do we get the 20% corporate discount?
Complete the inquiry form or call 516.877.7200. You must plan and book your corporate event with a Q-ZAR representative to receive the offer. The form requests a quote; it does not reserve a date or complete a booking. Your representative will confirm the discount and your event details in the quote.
What does a corporate event include, and what will it cost?
Your event is built around your group. Tell us your estimated guest count, activities and total budget, and we’ll discuss the options with you. Attraction time, arcade cards, food, drinks and private space depend on the plan you select. Ask your representative for an itemized quote, including applicable taxes and fees.
Can we combine laser tag, axe throwing and the arcade?
Yes—let us know which attractions interest you. Your representative will help plan a mix that works with your group size, preferred timing and availability. You can also choose “Help me choose” on the form.
Can we book a private event or rent the facility?
Q-ZAR offers private-event and facility-rental options. Select that interest on the form and share your guest count and preferred timing. Your representative will confirm the setup and availability that fit your event.
Do we need an exact date or final headcount to inquire?
No. An estimate is enough to start the conversation. You can leave the date open, describe your preferred month or time of day, and select “Not sure yet” for guest count or budget.
Are food, catering and drinks available?
Ask about catering and beer, wine and hard seltzer options when planning your event. Food and catering orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance and are available for reserved events. Tell us about dietary needs so your representative can discuss suitable options. Alcohol is for guests 21 and over.
What should participants wear or prepare?
Wear comfortable clothing for activities. Closed-toe shoes are required for axe throwing. Ask your representative about the applicable waivers and participation requirements for your plan, especially if your event includes anyone under 18.
