Fundraising is not an easy task for any organization. That’s why we’ve created exciting unique new fundraiser packages. The Q-ZAR fundraiser package takes less time and organizational work and can even generate more money for your group than the typical fundraiser.

A Q-ZAR fundraiser is truly a unique, out-of-this-world high tech experience. Q-ZAR is a live action laser tag game that is played by ages 6 to 60 in a futuristic arena. Players are divided into two teams and equipped with genuine lasers and chest packs that tremble when tagged by an opposing team member’s laser zap. Q-ZAR is also an exercise in teamwork skills, making it a great choice for any organization concerned with cultivating these skills, as teammates have to work together to cross our 4,000sq ft arena to trigger the target located in the opposite team’s headquarters. It is 100% interactive family fun that runs on adrenaline, not batteries.

Package #1: 

Everybody wins with a Q-ZAR fundraiser. Your group earns money by simply selling tickets for your fundraiser night. You determine how much your organization makes based on the amount you choose to charge per ticket.

The cost for exclusive use of the facility is $400 for 2 yours on any Monday thru Thursday (subject to availability). This includes 2 games played in the Q-ZAR arena and the video games set at free play (no redemption). We have 40 of the hottest new video games and virtual reality.

You can elect to have us supply food and drink at an additional price of $3 per person which includes one slice of pizza and one cup of soda or you can choose to bring your own refreshments (no hot food or beverages, please). We have 2 party rooms exclusively for this use.

*The maximum amount of tickets to be sold per two hour event is 120*

Package #2:

Your organization sells General Admission tickets that can be used anytime Sunday thru Saturday (please call ahead for availability). Your cost per ticket is $5, which is $2 off the regular general admission price. Again, you determine how much your organization makes based on the amount you choose to charge per ticket. You can sell as many tickets for this package as you want. There is a 40 ticket minimum sold for this package.
